The night before mix together:
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. yogurt
and the toppings of your choice
Let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Ready to go the next morning, and it's cool and refreshing.
For toppings, I like brown sugar and grapes
or honey and almond. You could really put anything in it! You can sweeten it to your liking. You can exchange the milk and yogurt for non-dairy options. You can use Greek yogurt or flavored yogurt.
